Trudy Simpkin Portrait and Wedding Photographer

I have been a portrait photographer for over 20 years. Now that is making me feel old. In that time photography has seen many changes but the one thing that has always stayed the same is my passion for capturing beautiful images to share with people.

Over the last three years my focus has been shooting weddings. I love nothing more than being able to tell your story of your wedding through the lens of my camera and I think I have a bit of a talent being able to capture all those natural, lovely, funny, gorgeous and emotional moments that come along with a wedding celebration.

I work for myself and two Sydney companies, Sugarlove Wedding’s and Hannah Jayne Photography. I have been featured in the Bride to Be magazine through working with Sugarlove which was exciting.

I am based in the Illawarra area, but travel all over to photograph a wedding. Whether you are getting married in the Southern Highlands, Wollongong or Sydney I will travel there.
