I went to his Boot Camp a while back. Stand cardio fare, run,star jump etc. Next to us in New Farm park was Boot Camp Australia. They had team event's and group challenges which was more of what I thought Boot Camp would be like. No loss though as the first Boot Camp was free. Since then EVERY Friday night I get an annoying bulk text asking if I am coming to his Boot Camp and ` remember to bring a friend ` :(
