I am a Cert 3 & 4 fully qualified Personal Trainer and Master Trainer from the Australian Institute of Fitness. I have worked for the biggest Personal Training Franchise in Australia - Vision Personal Training - where i can proudly say i helped get some amazing results for a number of clients. I have a friendly, energetic approach to my sessions, motivating clients to always strive to achieve their best, whilst understanding peoples individual limits. Health and Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and my aim is to share my passion and influence people to make it a big part of their lives as well!
