This is not a one size fits all service.  My innovative style and approach allow me to successfully devise, demonstrate and deliver parent-friendly strategies, life skills, and positive lifelong parenting practices for both simple and complex situations. 

Using a combination of custom one-on-one programmes, over 30 years of experience, and a respectful hands-on approach, I am able to successfully adapt traditional postnatal practices to fit seamlessly into our contemporary environment, so you can embrace motherhood with confidence, competence, and calmness.

With affordable, one-on-one sessions held in the comfort of your own home, where all discussions are confidential and judgment-free, we will begin your journey to promoting and creating positive, effective, fulfilling, and loving experiences with your precious new baby. I also provide online tutoring if you cannot participate in face-to-face lessons for whatever reason.
