Toyrannosaurus Sydney

I purchased the 12 Volt Jeep With Parent Remote Control. I was a little unhappy to begin with due to the fact that it was advised that your car may be delivered and have scratches on it, but I couldn't find anywhere else to buy from so what can you do. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, there was a problem with one of the screws that held the motor on, I contacted the supplier, sent photos of the broken piece as requested and was sent a new one. The vehicle itself looks great, doesn't go very well unless it's on a flat hard surface i.e. concrete, practically stops with any sort of incline, this is based on 12kg child. Snail could go faster when 25kg child driving it. It worked ok the first few times but then the battery stop charging fully and flattening quickly, (I did not overcharge it), was told it's not covered by warranty. Staff pleasant to speak to about problems however, overall unsatisfied with purchase as it does not perform as described.

I purchased a great little car for my kids and they love it. The prices were great and the service has been fantastic.
