Nitro Boost Max  getting too heavy with that weight between your feet you're gonna have to use a weight over top your head as counterbalance to keep you from tipping down right now I'm using about  pounds which is just keep same form like you would for a squat so a nice flat back arch that chest out just a little bit otherwise with those dumbbells in front you want to keep that back pretty much straight up and down ten seconds back up moving back to that deadlift so I'm going back up to fifty pounds per hand and  uh Nitro Boost  Millstreet from that chest and find those thighs straight down chest tilt it back so you have a little bit of an arch in your back no bending forward main thing is keeping that back flat slight slight bend in those knees  seconds
