Muscletronic Reviews don't need to do ab work on rest days, and that wouldn't really influence how fat you'd become. It would be bigger in a muscular sense, but if you've got any fat on top of the muscle it will just push it out further. That has to do with our metabolisms, bone structures, stomach capacities, muscle makeup, appetite, limb lengths, insulin sensitivity, etc. Maintaining (and building) strength and mobility as you age is what keeps you young.
