It is funny to look at what this company advertises on their website after receiving the service, so I'm going to take what they advertise and explain what it looks like in reality: "Honest and free estimates" --Not honest, and a half-assed estimate. He will conveniently "forget" to ask you questions that will impact the quote such as are there stairs, elevators, accessible parking, lawns to traverse, etc. When confronted about this he responded/shouted "Well I'm telling you now" (this is after all items were stored in their truck, so essentially he will hold your belongings hostage if you don't pay fees they add on the spot) "Appointments to meet the busy schedule of each customer I serve" --Appointments that are 2 hour windows of time, and they will still arrive hours late. "I will easily adapt to relocating any item, whether large or small, heavy or delicate, promising a quick move and on-time completion" --Easily adapt? This dude didn't even have a screwdriver to unscrew a couch leg. Also, nothing about the service was quick or on-time. "We’ll go the extra mile" --but that will cost you at least $300 extra if not probably more "When the big day arrives, we’ll show up right on time," --Again not true "using the plan we developed with you" --No plan was developed or even attempted to be developed, they arrived clueless of what they were supposed to do or move. "trained to manage rowdy pets, excited kids, and stressed out adults" --I overheard (who I assume is the owner) say "I would strangle a cat if it did that", this same person also managed stressed out adults by yelling at them when an explanation of the charges was requested. I also saw him deny breaking anything, then later backtrack and admit to breaking it and stating the customer must submit a claim for it to be replaced. I used to work in a labor-intensive job, and it was rough. The field of work is underappreciated and overworked with long hours. I tried to sympathize with this person because I know how it can feel to be in their position. However, the owner of this company shows the professionalism and emotional capacity of a child. Taking personal phone calls while working, yelling at customer, blaming customer because he failed to ask appropriate questions when creating a quote, making veiled threats about holding your items when there is hesitation to pay an amount that is suddenly double the quote. There are many ways to conduct a business, but this ain't it.
