Date: 30/04/2016I recently had my Samsung Note 5 screen replaced here, upon contacting the buisness owner through gumtree i asked several times if the part they were going to.be using was a authentic original samsung screen for a Note 5 i was assured everytime that yes the part.was genuine and would fully function. $350 later and less then 24 hours later i had to take my phone back due to the screen being unresponsive to my Spen. The Spen did not work at all with the screen they used... this meanimg it was infact a non-genuine part. The screen at times is also unresponsive to touch.
The owner refused to so anything about it. Became very rude when i asked for a refund once i was told they did not have a genuine part to use. Have now lodged a offical complaint with Queenslands office of fair trading.through the ACCC.
Do not get your phone repaired here.
They use non genuine parts and do not take responsibility for damage / unresponsiveness lack of function use that your phone will have if repaired through them.
