Hi, my name is Luke and like you, at one staged I craved the motivation, assistance and help to change my life. Fitness is so important for a long healthy sustained life, and I am incredibly passionate about it. My first client was myself - successfully shedding 50kg in six months and my love kicked off from there. I am a specialist at FAT LOSS, MUSCLE GAIN and BULK, TONING, improved ENDURANCE, guidance on HEALTHY eating, increased metabolism, and much more. I am fully qualified, and charge only $30 per session. 

My workouts for male and females involves mainly kettlebell work, for those that don't know kettlebells are a russian weight that is EXTREMELY effective at fat loss, muscle gain, strength gains, and are a full body workout that can be intense so only thirty minutes is needed 2 or 3 times per week to achieve dramatic effects. And for you girls who think only cardio is the way, I can assure you kettlebells will help you acheive your physique goals quicker and it'll give you toned glutes and great legs as well. I also change it up however with power bands, bodyweight and other techniques too. With my guidance on form, proper breathing technique, stretches, motivation and the other knowledge that comes with having a personal trainer, your workouts will be sure to satisfy you and leave you feeling great afterwards! 
Centered in Keilor / Essendon / Moonee Ponds, willing to drive to parks near Hillside Caroline springs, Melton, Derrimut, Sunshine, West Footscray, Footscray, Flemington, Preston, Craigieburn, and all suburbs in between.
