It has been my lifetime work to grow, to move, to flow, and to cultivate the essence of life. Evolving myself and being in the service of others' evolution is a deep honour and pleasure, and fulfils me every day.

My work currently, in holding space for evolution through counselling and healing is all about becoming. It's about remembering the strengths and wisdom within, and bringing your gifts to the fore. This awakening taps into your potential to thrive and be the creator of your life, in it's dynamic balance, in your authenticity.

I have been blessed to study with leaders and incredible sources of both ancient and cutting edge wisdom, and hold qualifications in Transpersonal Counselling, Coaching techniques, Hawaiian Bodywork and various additional massage and healing modalities, Exercise Physiology & Yoga Teaching and Kundalini Dance Facilitation.
