Date: 27/10/2020Booked two separate appointments for an ultrasound - recep took my referral but both times unable to provide service without explanation. I'm still unable to understand what went wrong. Was finally booked in at the Mosman clinic for the next day but was telephoned later in the day to be told they were unable to provide the service over there as well - again no explanation offered - yeah some days just go wrong and people make mistakes but to be kept in the dark with no explanation is annoying. Back to my doc for another referral!!!
