BJJ is regarded as one of the most effective martial arts for self-defence and we have a range of classes to suit. Our adult classes included MMA and BBJ which accommodate all skill levels including beginner, intermediate and advanced. We also offer private sessions to adults/ juniors & junior classes for 2yrs+.
