Luna Trim elped me on work days and was to have a Chia pod homemade Chia pod in the fridge ready to go there's lots of recipes for this on Pinterest so I won't go into them but I would do them with almond milk because that's a hard nut that you can have I would do them with almond milk vanilla chia seeds and then stevia and I had the powder stevia and the liquid stevia um which I don't like the stevia taste but in some things
