The 'More Than A Mum' workshop program increases the happiness, self-confidence and energy of mothers by teaching them how to invest in sustainable self-care practices. It is about working towards women becoming strong, confident and empowered by allowing them to take much needed time to identify, acknowledge and accept the way their life has changed.

Workshops in the program are designed to be full of engaging, practical and easy-to-understand activities to support and inspire mothers to live well. They provide mothers with the same tools, tips and strategies I use in my own busy life as a mum, and are backed by solid research in the fields of positive psychology and identity psychology.
In follow-up to any workshop from the 'More Than A Mum' program, I support mothers by challenging and motivating them to create goals, paths and habits for a happier, balanced life.
As a Motherhood Lifestyle Coach, I provide deeper, more personalised support in developing goals to rediscover the woman within, beyond being 'Mum'. My coaching packages are designed to be a succinct, efficient service, because I understand time is in short supply as a mother and support is needed in real-time. 1-on-1 coaching sessions run for 30 mins and are conducted over the phone, so they fit easily into a busy mother's life.
