Blue Ocean Beauty has been owned and managed by Carol-Anne O'Sullivan for 9 years.  Carol-Anne came to Australia from County Cork, Ireland.  She was trained in London and worked as a registered nurse in both the UK and Australia before taking over Blue Ocean Beauty in 1999.  Since then, Carol-Anne has established a thriving beauty business due to her clinical background, exceptional skills built through extensive training, friendly and joyful personality, and caring nature.
