Fraudulent. Don't go anywhere near them. I bought an $1800 printer. When it arrived, I could not get it to work, in fact never printed a single page. When I returned it, they said they wouldn't give me a refund as the printer was damaged inside (really?!) I still haven't got one cent back from them. I will be going to Consumer Affairs about this matter.

Good prices but you may encounter problems claiming replacement or repair under manufacturer warranty for defective products.
