Date: 17/10/2021I bought a printer from this business and eight months later the printer failed. The owner flatly refused to help me and insisted that I deal with the manufacturer first. They will only accept a return of the printer if the manufacturer can't repair it but I would only be entitled to a replacement printer. Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product fails then you are entitled to choose between a refund or a replacement. It also says that a seller cannot refuse to help you by sending you to the manufacturer.
Date: 17/04/2021Charged me for a printer they couldn't even supply. Even notified me that it had been shipped to me and then admitted that they never had it in the first place. Do not trust them.
Date: 10/06/2018Fraudulent. Don't go anywhere near them.
I bought an $1800 printer. When it arrived, I could not get it to work, in fact never printed a single page. When I returned it, they said they wouldn't give me a refund as the printer was damaged inside (really?!)
I still haven't got one cent back from them. I will be going to Consumer Affairs about this matter.
