Date: 05/09/2012I can confirm that these people do not return any calls. Lucky I found this review before taking them on board.
Date: 23/07/2012Undeniably the worst service I have ever experienced. Over 25 messages left now. No response to emails, phone calls - nothing. Took our money and ran.
Date: 04/06/2012They are not in Australia and operate from Sweden. There is no support. All their staff have left. It's the UNcontactable group.
Date: 17/04/2012Do not waste your time with the Contact Group. April 2012 these people have my money and wont provide me licenses for the software .. and wont answer the phone. The LACK OF Contact Group. There was a time when I had a lot of respect for these guys but it's gone. 3 weeks of total silence.
