| Hypnosis is kind of main stream now. Once upon a time it was considered a bit 'outside of the square', but these days people are far more aware of its long history and the scientifically validated and credible results acheived through its use. People often wonder about how it is to, 'go into trance', and in truth, it is both comfortable and easy. I often describe it to people as like being in a daydream; you know whats going on around you, but you're not really engaging with that, rather you are allowing yourself the experience of drifting along with the sound of (in this case), my voice. |
