Date: 29/11/2020I was very disappointed with the quality of their self-branded Egyptian Cotton sheets. After being laundered they were wrinkly, difficult to iron and not pleasing to the touch. At around AU$140 for the set, they were hardly cheap. I complained, but received only assurances that other customers were satisfied with the product.

Date: 31/10/2017Slow service, products were not all sent together, I had some back ordered then they expected me to pay a second freight rate for the back order? They charged my credit cards weeks ahead of sending goods. Never use them again.
