Date: 18/07/2020You get what you pay for and we didn’t even get that. They told us our doors were in stock, they weren’t, they sold us a window that was totally different to what’s on the website & we couldn’t lock it. We got a bifold door that had to be modified by our builder to suit the lock they provided. Paid for screen doors - also apparently stock, they weren’t and they have no idea when they will get them in. Asked for instructions for the “self assembly” windows and doors, no worries they said. Never received them. Lies lies and more lies.
Date: 25/06/2017Sell and help to choose was good but that's were it ended.
Doors where not made correctly a year ago and we still have not had this addressed. Poor service and a string of lies and break promises. Strain all over the glass, stain not uniform and pieces missing, Glass of poor quality and scratches very easy, Seals incorrectly made which I had to remove to close the door.
