They write the contract but no idea how to read it. Windows too small. JOHN is a bully!! Darran does have an idea what is going on...
Date: 27/01/2020All of the above is correct. How is this company in business. Darren does he have his builder licence? He has no idea! He can't read his own contract. He lies to your face. He is a joke. JOHN what a waste of space he is. Bully is an understatement. He gives the building association a bad name. Save yourself & don't use this business they are car!!!
Date: 31/10/2019NEVER EVER work for them as a trade !! I worked for them for around a year, always massively late on paying (up to 8 weeks to get a frame payment out of them) always trying to get everything for nothing. Didn’t pay me my money before Christmas so I couldn’t have s holiday, getting others to write up fake invoices to avoid paying well overdue invoices.
Minimal scaffold provided, never ever seen them provide handrail protection which is highly illegal. Very rare to have them provide a site toilet. Stay well away from this builder in the time I worked for them I saw them rip off 3 other tradesmen they purely survive out of ripping others off.
Darran is a shocking project manager all he tells is lies and John is a nasty old man.
STAY AWAY !

Date: 15/12/2013The most difficult builders I have ever had to deal with. They never return your call, extremely rude, and above all the job was poorly done, cracked plaster & render after only 2 months! I don not recommend them at all!!
