Homes & Renovations is an Australian home renovation company, headed up by
Building Director Glenn Townsend and Managing Director Robert Evans. Both
directors hold Housing Industry Association Memberships.
Glenn has more than three decades experience in the
building industry, filling such roles as overseeing new home construction,
renovation and extension, and reinstating homes after accidents and disasters
via insurance companies. Robert administrates the financial department of
Dymand Homes & Renovations, and ensures that the costs of client projects
are accurate and unsurprising for the customer.
Dymond offer construction for multiple different
contexts – interior and exterior house renovation,
backyard renovations, home
extensions and more. They also provide services to smaller apartments,
including bathroom refurbishment, or even foyer refurbishments for building
managers.
Dymond can also assist with remedial construction after
insured accidents or events – the company offers to liaise with insurers before
coordinating and carrying out insurance repairs. This project administration
service is also offered outside of remedial insurance construction – Dymond
Homes is happy to take care of drawings, council approvals, and any necessary
permits for projects that would otherwise require the client to deal with a lot
of red tape.
