West-Trans is an Australian engineering and manufacturing company that has operated since 1988. We provide skip loaders and hook lifts for Australian conditions. In 2009, West-Trans became the Australian distributor of HIAB and HMF vehicle loading cranes.

Our Range
West-Trans provides a range of equipment and manufacturing services such as:
• Hook Lifts – supplied with telescopic and articulated jibs. All machines are protected with an anti-corrosive primer base and two coats of black finish. They also comply with ADR’s and codes. Hook lifts are available in 6, 10, 16, 20 or 28 tonne versions.
• Skip Loaders – our Skip Loaders go through a certified dynamic load testing in accordance with crane code AS1418.
• HMF Vehicle Loading Cranes – its high lifting, long reach and low tare weight makes it very flexible. The loader sizes range from 0.5 to 80 nominal tonne metres. We also provide knuckle boom crane and truck cranes.
• Specialised Dog Trailers - designed and constructed from high tensile steel and protected with an anti-corrosive primer base, built with quality components.
We have Sales and Service branches in Melbourne and Perth, a Service Centre at Prestons in Sydney, and Product Consultants in Queensland.
