Date: 20/07/2017Least professional company I've had to deal with - heating and cooling were both working prior to servicing, and now after their insanely expensive "service" all the system does is blow cold air. Rang them several times and they refused to return to take a look at it, insisting their job was to "service and not repair". You should probably think about throwing that in as a package deal if you break everything you touch.
