I agree with most of what you said minus the lower protein / higher fat intake. This would make sense for someone that has no interest in building muscle and simply wants to be slender / slim. Ideally though, you maintain a high level of protein on top of lifting weights 4-5 times a week and burn more calories at rest from having more muscle mass. I started the ketosis method earlier this week and simply love it! It is difficult at first as your body adjusts but can tell I'm burning more fat while still working out / consuming mostly protein + fat based food.>>>
