Move for Better Health is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic, currently operating from the following locations: Malvern, Magill, Adelaide CBD and Glenelg. Our clinic has a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Psychologists and Dietitians available.Physiotherapy Physiotherapy can help you to recover from injury or pain, and increase your mobility and physical function. A Physiotherapist can diagnose your problem and provide a comprehensive treatment plan to give you relief and long lasting benefits. Our Physios work closely with the other health professionals at Move for Better Health, to ensure a holistic approach to your treatment.Exercise Physiology An accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP, or EP) is a University Qualified Allied Health Professional that specialises in the use of exercise to help clients get fitter and healthier. Exercise Physiologists undergo 4 years of university training plus ongoing accreditation requirements, qualifying them to treat people with medical conditions using exercise prescription and rehabilitation.Clinical Psychologists are experts in mental health. They have specialised training in the diagnosis and psychological treatment of emotional and behavioural difficulties, and will work with you to gain an understanding of your specific issues and develop a management plan that is tailored to your unique situation.Dietetics & Nutrition Dietitians assess your overall food intake and nutrition to provide support and recommendations for achieving your goals, whether they relate to weight loss, the management of a health condition, or optimising your diet to get the most from your food.
