  1. Incline Barbell Bench Press:

    • Set the bench to an incline of around 30-45 degrees.
    • Lie on the bench with your feet flat on the floor and your back firmly pressed against the bench.
    • Grip the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and lower it to your lower chest.
    • Push the barbell back up to the starting position.
  2. Incline Dumbbell Press:

    • Similar to the incline barbell bench press but using dumbbells.
    • This allows for a greater range of motion and can help isolate the lower chest.
  3. Decline Bench Press:

    • Set the bench to a decline of around 30-45 degrees.
    • Lie on the bench with your feet secured at the end.
