We offer a combination of the best science and evidenced-based information in the fields of nutrition, exercise rehabilitation and sports science to deliver a wide variety of integrated services from rehabilitation right through to elite athletes. Our academic qualifications and experience speak for themselves. Exercise and nutrition consultations are normally delivered together (as most people need both for the majority of conditions we see – weight loss, weight gain, diabetes, pregnancy etc) but they can also be booked separately.
