Alright well i can't overhead squat or grab since i fall over attempting to squat with a bar or stick over my head. Presently same Megadrox for body weight i go to hunch down then the bar begins approaching and for the life of me i attempt to keep the bar over my head , rather it diagonals out before me. I can Back and Front Squat fine , i can't keep the bar over my head when i squat.
