The purpose of our Nutrition Club  is to help bring good nutrition to the people of our community, person by person.

Nutrition Clubs help our community to understand  the importance of proper nutrition , diet and exercise for optimum health.

The activities at our  Nutrition Club include socialising, community building, Weight Loss Challenges, FREE wellness evaluations and Body Scan Analyses, FIT CLUB , recognising members’ health success and enjoying a healthy lunches and beverages together.
