Nutrition Clubs help our community to understand the importance of proper nutrition , diet and exercise for optimum health.
The activities at our Nutrition Club include socialising, community building, Weight Loss Challenges, FREE wellness evaluations and Body Scan Analyses, FIT CLUB , recognising members’ health success and enjoying a healthy lunches and beverages together.
