What are the side effects of Probio Lite

Studies have shown a  probio lite strong link between stress and acne break outs. Stress over stimulates the adrenal glands and results in too many hormones being produced. Some of these hormones stimulate the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum (oil), eventually resulting in acne.
