A good inexpensive B-complex Sublingual, an honest Multi-vitamin, Alpha Testo Max a multi-mineral. Vit c is lovely. At least 1000mg a day. It's cheap almost everywhere. For older women, "Natural Progesterone creme" (note said too often . "NATURAL" - very excellent. Not synthetic).
