I was going to do
40/40/20 Macros but my protein worked out at 300g which i think is a waste as
you only really need 1.0 - 1.5g per lb or lbm so ive lowered it to 250g, what
do you guys think of this?
Also i read on these forums guys that take in
100+ g Fat, do you think mine is too low?
My foods will be all 100% natural mostly these
'bro' foods, eggs, wholegrains, complex carbs, lean meat etc except post
workout which will be simple sugars.
Hey all- So im 6'1 172
pounds going to doing a leangains style recomp. Ive cut 12 pounds since Jan 15
and think a recomp is the best thing for my body right now. Cutting on 1750
cals with 1 day of cheating at 2300. Im 20 years old and used to be 250 a mere
2 years ago. I will be switching from WS4SB3 and moving to the big 3 RPT style
training. I also play basketball 3-4x per week and plan to do no cardio besides
that. I want to either drop a lil, maintain or gain a little bit of weight. Im
guessing my bodyfat is anywhere from 15-18% based on calipers, guestimates and
i use IIFIYM for dieting. Staples will be foods such as chipotle, subway, GY,
Jimmy Johns, dining hall, cereal, flatouts. Oh and im a college student who
does drink 1-2x a week at school
Im going to start about
10% lower to emphasize form though. This will be the 1st time i will be lifting
in a caloric surplus and am looking forward to hopefully body recomposition
