Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart, contract your abs and stand
upright. Your arms are stretched and spread at the height of your shoulders.
Instructions:
Advance your left leg and flex your knee to perform a lunge
forward. When doing this, your left knee should not extend beyond the tip of
your left foot. Then turn your upper body to the left and hold for 2 seconds.
Return to the starting position and change sides.
