I recently had an irritating one pulled from the tip of my nose. They usually are skin colored to light brown and grow outward from the guts. My doctor had three attempts to freeze it well with liquid nitrogen over several years, but it kept growing back. Eventually a dermatological doctor removed it with a couple of application of cryotherapy, which did activity. But has left a flat depressed 10 mm white spot on the end of my nose.
