Date: 19/01/2014I love the young girls there but that woman Effie does not do this business justice she is very off putting and nasty the way she speaks to the young girls, i was there once when they had a beautician and over heard effie speaking to her in the most meanest way possible. I dont no if she was having a bad day but as bosses say to their employees " leave the drama out the door" so should she. NO EXCUSE !
by the way does any one know where that lovely young beautician went? :(
