You can perform
this exercise in different ways. You can bring some variation in the way you
hold to change the weight. Be the dumbbell with the palm of your hand upward to
grasp, but you can palm during movement also letting in point (hammer attitude)
to stimulate the biceps of the other side. Furthermore you can palm during
movement also rotate. AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO TRAIN?
