Dr. Suresh John
Dr John is a senior lecturer at Monash University and enjoys teaching medical students in his spare time.
He was Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Angliss Hospital from 2006-2009.
Dr John is a Fellow of the UK and Australian/New Zealand Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr John delivers babies at Knox Private Hospital, Waverley Private hospital and Mitcham Private Hospital and performs gynaecological operations such as Endometriosis & Hysterectomies at Knox and Mitcham Private Hospitals.
He consults with patients wanting to have surgery at the Angliss Hospital, Box Hill Hospital and Yarra Ranges Health.
Dr John also manages antenatal patients wanting to deliver at the Angliss Hospital.
Dr John has a keen interest in laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery and it’s
application in gynaecological surgery for a quicker recovery and has
trained extensively in this area.
