| I am a Bendigo based yoga teacher offering a
variety of yoga classes. I have practiced Yoga and Meditation for 27 years
and have been teaching Hatha Yoga for 14 years. My yoga draws from the
different styles and traditions I have been taught over the years, a rich tapestry of knowledge and skills I wish to share in my classes. Yoga makes me feel inspired and connected to the flow and rhythm of life. I am grateful for the teachers that have shared their knowledge and wisdom with me |
