Garage Door Repair Anaheim

BEWARE! This place is not a legally operating company and a rip off! It does not appear in the California Business Search. I was just ripped off by the so called "technician" named Dan. He first quoted $400 to repair garage door motor. Said it included parts and labor. But I had another quote for $300 and he said he would call his office to see if they could match. He then tightened the screws of the sensors to the garage wall and wiggled a wire in the motor and charged me the $300. This was not a repair of any sort of the motor but rather a maintenance issue and should have been charged as a repair. I physically watched him screw the screws to the wall and used my latter to wiggle the wire. When I questioned his so called repair he became argumentative and said he didn't care if I reported the company to the better business bureau or get a bad review on yelp. Before leaving, he handed me a blank receipt but then when I questioned him about warranty he said I will give you 30 days so you can be quiet! Awful customer service. Now I know why! Consumers beware of this place!
