What's up people, name is Justin, 19 many years of age, been working out for near to Forty years now. Stay, eat, and breathe this game. Currently seated at about 185ilbs trying to cut down about 5 more weight til Summer really starts. Main concentrates for me right now are my legs and neck position. Monday-Chest (focusing on upper chest)

Tuesday-Upper Back again (focusing on width)

Wednesday-Legs (focusing on overall size)

Thursday-Shoulders/Traps (focusing on front delts)

Friday-Bi/Tri (focusing on inner portion separating between bi and tri)

Saturday-Deadlift

Sunday-Off
