I urge you to absolutely stay away from this fraudulent company!! I paid a $50 deposit, in which they took an additional $12.50 without me knowing, they showed up 45 minutes late, they damaged my property, they prevented me from handing over keys, which the agent then charged me an extra days rent. They left the last load of my belongings lying in the driveway of the old property, which I had to retrieve. They dumped my belongings everywhere at the new property. The owner then threatened to take the furniture I had on the truck back to the depot. He then tried to charge me $800, and when I requested a deduction, he went ahead and used the card numbers I’d provided for the deposit, and stole $795 from my bank account without my permission. So they ended up taking a $67.50 deposit, and then stealing $795. These dodgy people took $862.50 from me, cost me a days rent, left me with furniture damaged and dumped everywhere, and then stole $795 from me. I am a single mum, who just wanted my things relocated at the agreed time and price. Don’t pay a deposit or give over your financial details, because they use them to steal from your account. I immediately involved the police and they requested the contract I signed from the owner but there isn’t one. Please for you and your families sake, don’t be another victim of this company. They need to be shut down!!!
