Date: 30/05/2014I am going to Tribunal soon as they have lied about their products stating all made in Australia when in fact part of the furniture piece was imported, there has been faults in other furniture in which stated my expectations are too high,they have led me to believe I have received a new chair only to find out they restained now darker than the others, they only send one man out to carry the furniture so out of good will you help. Many treatments later. Will be contacting Work cover. So what was ordered over 5 months ago is now still ongoing with a ocuple of pieces of their furniture. Lets Hope Fair Trading see thorugh them.
Date: 28/08/2013ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ITEM- NOT WHAT I PURCHASED. REFUSES TO REPAIR, EXCHANGE, REFUND FAULTY & DANGEROUS ITEM. IGNORES CALLS. STAY AWAY FROM - seriously they seem cheaper but not when you see what your really getting.
