Date: 12/06/2015The Spicy Coconut is a complete and utter scam, so despicable for an Australian company. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've been chasing up my order since December 2014. Mel, the business owner contradicts everything she says, all throughout January she says that my items had been shipped but couldn't provide a tracking number. Then 2 months later she sends me emails stating that the things I've ordered are "sold out". I've been demanding a refund for 5 months and every week I follow it up. She sends me an email stating the refund has been processed but can't provide me with proof. I've checked my bank account every week and still nothing. I will persist to get my money back. There should be an option for zero stars. All criticisms of the company are instantly deleted on Instagram and Facebook. A big shame on a company that would just steal people's money.

Dont trust a money hungry sales person over your health This is a truly a crappy company that will judge you & take your money not help you - Stay Away

Awful customer service, never even got what I ordered after nearly 2 months and ended up having to demand they refund me (which they weren't going to do). Avoid at all costs. Business run from home presumably - unprofessional, cheap and crappy operation.

Date: 12/06/2015A shocking company to deal with! I have been waiting 2 months for a refund and follow up every week. Mel, the owner claims that she has transferred the money into my account but when I check there is nothing. I replied that there should be no reason why the money is not going through because I provided the correct details on several occasions. She is a liar and a thief. Her responses are completely contradictory, one week she says she put the refund through….several weeks later she replies that no one had done it…. This website is the ultimate scam…. stay away!

Don't take nutrition advice from someone wanting to take your money that is not even a nutritionist. The Spicy Coconut will steal your money and not deliver the products, company is Fraud. Beware Ladies!
