Let's get back to the issue of poundage. If you're training in the 12-15 rep range most of the occasion, then in my opinion you'll never see-the sort of muscle you wish--if any at all. Why? Muscle will grow only because it is pushed to conform to a lot more than it is used to going. In case youare constantly raising for the reason that rep range, you're most likely not challenging your muscles with all the necessary excess to drive improvement. Perhaps you are going up a bit in weight but still using that representative scheme. However, youare still not challenging your system using the essential excess leading to hypertrophic protein activity.
