| Chatime was founded in 2003 with the goal of introducing the world to the flavour and fun of modern Taiwanese tea. We have since grown to over 1,000 stores worldwide (over 60 in Australia since 2009) and our team serve more than 400,000 customers per day. We take enormous pride in making innovative, refreshing teas that surprise and delight even the most adventurous individuals. With more than 30 years of experience within the industry, we lead the way in providing authentic Taiwanese fresh tea, giving customers a welcome alternative to the glut of artificial, sugary and unhealthy options in the marketplace. The journey starts with sourcing the highest-quality ingredients, using unique methods of infusing and blending tea leaves, freshly brewing teas in our stores and supporting local Australian farmers through our use of real dairy products.
