I have been toying with replacing the existing carpet to timber floor/carpet combination or carpet throughout my unit when I went to Paradise Carpet in Belmore. Bob was very patient when dealing with me as I have not quite made up my mind about which way to go when he came to measure and to be certain, he came twice to measure my unit with a lot of angles. He explained to me what he can do to satisfy both scenarios and assure me that there will be no problem either way. I didn't quite trust him at the time as all salesman are saying anything can be done but doesn't always deliver. However, Bob did what he said he would and delivered. When the 3 man team arrived on time on the day of laying the carpet, I was very nervous as I was expecting the worst outcome. But George who is the most experienced team leader took control of the work at hand and gave clear instructions to his team and finished the job in 6 hours. George is a true craftsman as he has the eye for details and a hands on leader who made sure all the joints are seamlessly joined. Despite my rooms had a lot of angles and having to work with the loop carpet with patterns, George laid the carpet that looks like a one whole piece without the obvious joints. All of my family are relieved when the job is done. They took away all the rubbish and clean up the rooms before helping us moving back the furniture (they help us move the furniture out before). My worst critic (my adult son) was even impressed with the carpet and the way George and the team conducted themselves throughout. I believe I couldn't have chosen a better carpet company than the Paradise Carpet in Belmore. They also have large product selections too, including all sorts of timber floor coverings, but I chose 100% NZ pure wool from Hycraft and very satisfied. I will look for them again in the future when the opportunity rises and recommend to friends with no hesitation.
When we had to move our pet dwarf rabbit tusoide, we looked for the roomiest hutch that still looked good on our covered patio. This hutch fit the bill. Our rabbit loves the nesting box (and has kept him warm during wind and rain storms) and he's learned how to go up and down the ramp which is the best part of this product; we wanted him to get exercise and not be bored. The only drawback is that our rabbit also LOVES the wood. Even with his toys and various treats, he still prefers to chew on the wood and in fact has almost chewed a nice sized hole on the ramp door/hatch. We will have to find some way to close up the hole. Otherwise, great hutch for a great price (was on sale for under $200)!
