Floor Polishing
Once the sanding process is over, we proceed to the next step, namely the polishing of the floor. You'll be able to choose the type of finish you want. The two types of finish as polishing and oiling. Depending on the look you want to achieve, you must choose one or another. For a glossy shine, you ought to choose polishing. For a matte finish, oiling is the solution of choice.
We work with a water-based finish, 2K Duo Polyurethane, which is able to create a satin or matte look. In addition, we double its durability by adding Hybrid SR-10, an odorless and 100% non-toxic compound. Our commercial grade UV Cured Polyurethane is another excellent solution to obtain a satin or matte finish, which has 40% better durability than conventional solutions and immediate usability. This is a great benefit for both homeowners and businesses, as they can use their floors as soon as they've been cured by UV light.
