Unfinished Job.... Engaged them for sanding and restaining the timber floors. There were gaps that were not filled properly. Promised to come another day fix the issue, but kept delaying for 3 weeks now. We fixed a time to be there and was waiting but never turned up. Finally sent a message saying "Fix it Yourself, I will not come". Think before engaging Uniting Floors or atleast do not pay in full until the job is fully finished. Keys were left on the site for 3 weeks and you never had time to fill the gaps. So asking you to finish your job is harassing? after hours - seriously? You mean to say I was not understanding though I waited for 3 weeks for you? How is it my problem if you are triple booked? You finish the job you have accepted in full. Not only the 2 gaps, there were too many nail holes that were not done properly. That is why I wanted you to be in the premises when I am around to show you the issues.... You fixed an appointment to be there and I was on the property waiting for you, but you never turned up. When called you did not bother to pick up the call and messaged me saying you are not coming and asked to fix the gap myself and blocked me straightaway. Don't think you are the only person who is busy - stick to your commitment when you promise. There was no mention of mails going missing, so that has nothing to do with the saw dust on the front yard. I did not want touch about this, but you made do so.... Left quite a lot of sanding papers on the premises which should have been cleaned, left the masking tapes as it is which should have been removed, lastly you charged me for cleaning the sand dust, but you dumped everything on my green bin. With all this, I still paid you in full without any hesitation trusting your professionalism which was my mistake.
